Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and to respect everyone’s time, please review our payment and cancellation policies: • A 3.5% non-refundable processing fee applies to all transactions to cover third-party payment handling costs. If a refund is issued, this fee will be deducted from the total refund. • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund (minus the processing fee). • If you can cancel within 24 hours of your session, a $10 cancellation fee will apply in addition to the processing fee. • If you cancel less than 1 hour before your session or do not attend, the session is non-refundable.
